Kaylee had a wonderful day today. She was baptized by her dad and confirmed a member of the church of Jesus Christ. She had so many friends and family come to celebrate this special day.
I can't believe that Kaylee is eight. She is such a good example to everyone she is around. We have a neighbor girl that is not active and Kaylee has been getting up the courage to tell her about the church. The other day she did it, she came in side telling me "mom I did it and I fell like i might cry it was so cool there is like a rock in my heart it feels so good." She proceeded to tell me that they went for a walk around the block and Kaylee asked her if she wanted to come to church with her and she said maybe tell me about it. Kaylee told her that it a really fun place, she told her you have to wear Sunday clothes, then she asked her if she wanted to read the book of Mormon. Whats that her friend asked. This is a really good book you could read every night with her family. It talks about Heavenly Father and Jesus. When they got back to her house she asked her mom if sometime she could go to church with Kaylee and her mom said yes. When Kaylee heard that it made her day. Kaylee I want you to know how proud of you we are. You have such a strong testimony of the Savior let that always be your guide. We love you
